After the fixed term of 6 or 12 months, you can cancel your subscription, with a notice period of the current month plus one ongoing subscription month. You can arrange this yourself via MijnBFNL.
BFNL
- Log in to MijnBFNL with your known email address.
- Go to your subscription, click on 'Adjust subscription' and 'Cancel'.
- Submit your cancellation.
Note: cancellation can only be made after the fixed term (6 or 12 months), with a notice period of the current month plus one ongoing subscription month. You will never pay more than the number of months your subscription has been active.
