How much benefit you receive depends on the scheme your employer has arranged:
- Gross-net calculation: your benefit can be up to 50%, depending on the percentage of income tax you pay. Unsure about your percentage? HR or personnel can check this for you.
- Employer contribution: your employer pays a fixed amount towards your subscription. For example, if this is €10, then €10 will be paid by your employer each month towards your subscription.
