You can find the company code with your employer. If you do not know the code, or are unsure whether your employer participates, then do the employer check — this will quickly tell you if and with which code you can register.
Once you have the code:
- Go to MijnFitnessplan
- Log in with your employer’s code
- Follow the steps to choose the subscription that suits you
