You cannot change your email address yourself in MijnBFNL. Please contact us via chat or email, and we will update it for you.
Via chat
Open the chat on the contact page and indicate that you want to change your email address. We will then ask you to confirm some details and enter the correct address in the system for you.
Via email
Send an email to klantenservice@bfnl.nl with the following details:
- Your current email address (as known to us)
- Your new email address
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode and house number
