What a shame that you have changed your mind and no longer wish to start working towards your sporting goals.
It is important to determine the status of your application to take the correct steps for cancellation. You can do this by logging into your personal MijnBFNL environment. You log in using the email address used during registration.
- If your application is still awaiting approval from your employer, you can ask your employer (HR or personnel department is often responsible for managing these applications) to reject the application so that it is not activated.
- If the subscription has already been activated, please inform us within 14 days that you wish to cancel, and we can arrange this for you.
- If the subscription has been active for more than 14 days, cancellation is no longer an option, and you can terminate the subscription at the end of the fixed term. You can easily manage the termination of the subscription yourself via the MijnBFNL portal.
