Downgrading a subscription is possible after completing the initial fixed term. If you want to see what options are available for you, you can easily find this in the MijnBFNL portal.
- Log in to MijnBFNL with your registered email address.
- Go to your subscription, click on 'Adjust subscription' and select 'Change'.
- Choose the desired subscription and submit the change.
