Upgrading your intensity is always possible, for example from once a week to unlimited exercise. You can manage this yourself via MijnBFNL or, with an Alleo subscription, via the Alleo app. The change will take effect from the earliest possible date.
BFNL
- Log in to MijnBFNL with your registered email address.
- Go to your subscription, click on 'Adjust subscription' and select 'Change'.
- Choose the desired subscription and submit the change.
Alleo
Log in to the Alleo app or via app.alleo.nl with your registered email address and change your subscription there.
Please note: downgrading is only possible once the fixed term of your subscription has expired, taking into account the notice period (current month + one active subscription month).
