Do you want to change the duration of your subscription? Then you first cancel your current subscription and afterwards request a new subscription with the desired duration. This means you enter into a new fixed term, which your employer must approve again.

- Log in to MijnBFNL with your known email address.
- Go to your subscription, click on 'Adjust subscription' and 'Cancel', taking into account the fixed term or cancellation period (current month + 1 ongoing subscription month).
1 to 2 working days after cancellation, request a new subscription via MijnFitnessplan using your employer’s access code. Don’t remember it? Then do the employer check.
