Are you still in the initial fixed term and moving more than 15 kilometres from your sports location? Then you can cancel your subscription early, with the usual notice period. Has your subscription already been renewed? Then you can cancel it yourself.
Please send us by email a page of your rental or purchase agreement showing your new address (you may obscure other privacy-sensitive information), along with your moving date. Upon receipt, we will process the cancellation and you will receive a confirmation with the end date.
Is your sports location part of a chain? Then the distance to the nearest branch of that chain applies, not to your current location.
Please note: the 15-kilometre limit and the notice period (current month + one ongoing subscription month) only apply during the initial fixed term.
