Have you cancelled your subscription well before the actual end date? Then you will receive a confirmation that the termination has been processed approximately 2 months before that end date.
This period gives you the opportunity to cancel your cancellation if you prefer to continue exercising. Please note: once processed, a termination cannot be reversed, as multiple parties are involved with the subscription.
Has your subscription already ended and you want to start exercising again? Then you can simply apply for a new subscription.
