Have you left your employer? Then your corporate fitness subscription must be cancelled — it cannot continue through an employer you no longer work for.
You can arrange this yourself via your portal:
- Go to MijnBFNL
- Log in with the email address you are registered with*
- Click on your subscription and go to 'Modify subscription' and 'Cancel'
- Choose 'left employment' as the reason
Has your employer already notified us of your departure? Then we will cancel your subscription from our system, according to the applicable guidelines and agreements. You do not need to do anything yourself.
If you receive the invoice for your subscription yourself, you may be eligible for a credit note for the remaining, unused period.
